This is one of the biggest reasons families choose a private setting over a mall line. If your little one is hesitant, we have a few tricks up our sleeve and in most cases, we can get a great photo before any tears start. Classic crying photos aren't out of the picture and are part of the fun.
My kid is scared of Santa.
Will they still get a good photo?
As early as possible. Spots have filled up by September the last two years, so families who book earliest also get the widest choice of time slots.
How far in advance should I book?
Yes, of course! I typically start with the kids and Santa, then end with the whole family together. For kids who are especially nervous, I’ll sometimes start with a parent in the photo to help them feel more comfortable before easing into solo shots.
Your 7 minutes are yours to use, so while I have a general flow, I’m always happy to work around what your family is hoping for.
Can we take a family photo with Santa?
If you're lucky enough to have a baby this Christmas season, I encourage you to start the tradition from the very beginning. and watch them grow year after year with Santa. All children are welcome- babies and older!
I recommend scheduling around nap time (if on a schedule) for our youngest kiddos. Most itty bitties tend to sleep in Santa's arms.
Is my child too young for Santa photos?
Very close! The Magic of Christmas with Santa is a private Santa photo experience held in Milton, GA, about 10-15 minutes from Downtown Alpharetta. Families book a private time slot to meet with Santa.
